Andrews: (President/Outside Sales); A graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C. with a B.S. in Engineering Operations in December 1979.He purchased Hile Controls of Alabama in 1988.With his guidance and extensive knowledge of the industry, Hile Controls' sales and influence have grown consistently since 1988 under his ownership. Grady was President of ISA-Birmingham Section (FY 2003-04) and was honored in 2004 by ISA International with a Corporate Support Award in the small company category. | |
| Richard L. Crouse (Outside Sales); Richard joined Hile Controls in May of 1999 as an Intern working part-time. His education at the University of Alabama in Birmingham was completed in December of 1999 with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Distribution and Marketing with a strong background in Electrical Engineering. After showing the knowledge and desire for Outside Sales; Richard was promoted to Engineering Sales Representative in September 2001.The local Birmingham ISA Section has honored Richard with the Young Engineer Award for 2004-05. | |
| Catherine M. Andrews: (Marketing/Inside Sales); A graduate of UNCG, Catherine is responsible for marketing, producing our newsletter Hile Headlines, maintaining the Web Site,Inside Sales and various other inter-company duties. After college she worked in sales with Lipton Tea for 16 years calling on Southeastern distributors, brokers and grocery firms setting marketing campaigns and establishing new Lipton items throughout her territory. She joined Hile Controls in February 1997 and has grown active in the local Birmingham ISA Section as Secetary (FY 2000-01) and Newsletter Editor for three years running. | Rita Wallace: (Inside Sales/Office Manager); Rita is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has been in the Instrumentation field since the early 1980s. Officially, Rita is our Office Manager but also handles Inside Sales, order entry, and quotation preparal. With her experience working in sales in this industry, she handles customers patiently and professionally. | Erin DeArman (Inside Sales); Erin joined Hile in March of 2003 as the rookie Inside Salesperson. She is a graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham with two degrees in Industrial Distribution and Marketing. Her quick wit and technical knowledge will take her far in this business. |
